Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director in the San Francisco area to lead a team of community managers, shape client relationships, and drive profitability with a focus on exceptional service. You will work with senior leadership to meet company objectives, mentor staff, and manage performance across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and boards.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain a diverse team of community managers.
• Provide training, coaching, and career path development.
• Mentor managers and enforce SOPs to deliver results.
• Oversee payroll approvals and financial oversight within area.
• Interview, hire, train, and discipline staff when needed.
• Advise subordinates on complaints and disputes with customers.
• Lead account assignments and ensure smooth transitions of managers.
