• 3+ years of progressive management experience leading teams and individuals.

• Develops and oversees professional development programs with timelines and knowledge transfer.
• Looks at data to identify needs, trends, gaps and risks, and recommends improvements.
• Leads and monitors performance outcomes and program utilization to show impact.
