Job summary

Kyo is seeking a Regional Director to oversee a broad ABA region, driving exceptional client and staff experiences while expanding the company’s footprint. You will lead a BCBA team, ensure high-quality clinical services, and hit revenue targets through strategic planning and effective stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes autonomy, leadership in operations, and participation in the Autism Leadership Academy (ALA) for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the autism field.
• Operational and leadership experience in ABA settings is preferred; willingness to learn required.
• Reliability: transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
• Comfort with in-person client visits and regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the region to meet strategic operating plans and growth targets.
• Recruit and manage a BCBA team to maintain high quality services and meet metrics.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure clinical service quality.
• Uphold billable productivity margins and achieve quarterly revenue goals.
• Strengthen client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication.
• Consult on complex ABA cases and resolve client grievances promptly.
• Manage client balance and waitlist to maximize retention.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to address regional needs.
