Job summary

Kyo is a leading in-home ABA provider serving families across multiple states. As Regional Director for Salt Lake City and Utah County, you will oversee operations, staff development, and client outcomes, driving high performance and growth in your region.

You'll participate in the Autism Leadership Academy, receive mentorship, and collaborate with peers nationwide while maintaining strong community relationships and excellent clinical services.

Qualifications

• 5 years of autism field experience (BCBA preferred).
• Operational and ABA leadership experience (willingness to learn).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel for in-person client visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Salt Lake City and Utah County region to meet strategic goals.
• Recruit and manage a BCBA team with high performance.
• Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction.
• Meet quarterly revenue targets and maintain billable productivity margins.
• Enhance engagement with clients, payers, and staff through strong relationships.
• Consult on complex ABA cases and address client grievances.

We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Salt Lake City and Utah County region!

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE

Your Responsibilities

• Lead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans.
• Recruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics.
• Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction.
• Maintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Boost client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication and relationship building.
• Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances.
• Manage client balance and waitlist, ensuring maximum retention.
• Coordinate with various departments to address regional needs and meet goals.

Positional Requirements

• 5 years experience in the Autism field, BCBA preferred
• Operational and leadership experience in ABA preferred (willingness to learn required!)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
• Comfortable with in-person client visits and regular travel.

Basic & Physical Requirements

• Pass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test where applicable.
• Receive and act on detailed information through oral & written communication.
• Utilize finger dexterity; good vision, hearing and critical thinking on a regular basis in order to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
• Able to sit, stand and walk during a standard workday.
• Able to drive from client to client and to various business meetings.
• Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds or more.
