Job summary

Kyo seeks a Regional Director to oversee the Denver region, driving strategic plans and leading a BCBA team to deliver high-quality ABA services. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage regional operations, and collaborate with departments to meet growth targets.

You will participate in the Autism Leadership Academy and travel to client sites, balancing clinical excellence with business metrics to expand Kyo’s regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the Autism field.
• BCBA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and lead remotely/onsite across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Denver region to achieve strategic goals and operating plans.
• Recruit and manage a BCBA team, driving performance and metrics.
• Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction.
• Maintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Strengthen engagement with clients, payers and staff through effective communication.
• Consult and resolve complex ABA cases and address grievances promptly.
• Manage client balances and waitlists to maximize retention.
• Coordinate with departments to address regional needs and goals.
