Job summary

VitalCaring Group in Houston seeks a Home Health Regional Administrator to lead our Houston region, guiding branch leaders and improving patient and family experience in line with our core values.

In this full-time role, you will oversee operations, ensure staffing, coach administrators, monitor quality and regulatory readiness, review performance data, and travel to branch sites to support teams and drive improved care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the assigned state (preferred).
• 2+ years of hospice or home health leadership experience (Branch Admin experience preferred).
• Strong people leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of home health regulations, standards of practice, and agency operations.
• Ability to review performance data, identify trends, and drive improvement.
• Heart for home health and a calling to serve patients, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for home health agencies in the region.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and workload balance to support compliant, high-quality care.
• Coach and mentor Branch Administrators and Directors to build high-performing teams.
