Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Regional Administrator to lead clinical, operational, and cultural success across multiple branches within the region. You will partner with the Regional Director of Operations to guide branch leaders, improve performance, and enhance patient and family experiences in alignment with VitalCaring values.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, field engagement, and influence over care delivery.

Qualifications

• RN preferred with active licensure in the assigned state.
• Minimum 2 years hospice or home health leadership experience.
• Branch Administrator experience preferred.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of hospice regulations and agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to hospice branches within the region.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and workload balance to support compliance and patient care.
• Coach and mentor Branch Administrators and Directors to build high-performing teams.
• Maintain survey readiness and lead survey preparation and follow-up plans.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with leaders to meet or exceed company expectations.
• Travel routinely to branch sites to engage with teams and guide performance.
