TheKey seeks a Senior Regional Director to lead operations across a defined geographic region, driving growth, profitability, and high client satisfaction. You will manage General Managers, develop strategic initiatives, and partner with key stakeholders to expand TheKey’s presence in the market.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive operations experience in healthcare or elder care, and a proven ability to deliver results across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; relevant professional experience may substitute.
• Five to 10 years experience in operations, preferably in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry.
• Strong people management experience.
• Excellent customer service and supervisory skills.
• Current driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations and ensure service quality.
• Manage General Managers across the region.
• Build partnerships to generate new clients and referrals.
• Improve client satisfaction and retention through processes.
• Assist with audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with Executive Team on strategic plans.
• Ensure region meets growth and profitability targets.
