Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, Hearing Care for Arkansas & Missouri. You will direct a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support staff across multiple clinics, driving sales performance and exceptional customer care.

You will coach leaders, manage talent, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and billing standards. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50-60%.
• Hearing Healthcare, Medical Retail, or Retail experience is a plus.
• Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Marketing and promotion experience.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and counseling skills.
• Multi-unit management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop Hearing Care Professionals and support staff.
• Drive change management initiatives and align with company policies.
• Motivate the team to follow AudioNova's customer-centric approach.
• Ensure compliant patient safety, licensing, and billing practices.
• Collaborate on talent development, succession planning, and leadership recruitment.
• Monitor engagement and implement regional improvement strategies.
• Work with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding on portfolio projects.
• Support Senior Director, Sales with strategic initiatives.
• Lead new clinic transitions and integration efforts.
