Job summary

Bethany Christian Services seeks a Vice President of Regional Operations to lead multiple regions, oversee revenue, and coach branch leaders, ensuring compliance and strategic objectives across national operations.

You will collaborate with the National Office, supervise budgeting and program support, travel 25% for regional site visits, and advance child welfare initiatives with data-driven decisions. Requires 5+ years of executive leadership and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college.
• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in a similar role.
• Master’s degree in related field strongly preferred.
• At least five (5) years in executive positions with remote teams.
• At least two (2) years in financial management and budget design.
• Bilingual is a plus; willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between Branch Directors and the National Office.
• Oversee regions with diverse service models and $18M+ annual revenue.
• Lead, develop, and coach regional leadership including Directors.
• Manage talent development and performance of Branch Directors.
• Ensure policy compliance across regions and external agencies.
• Collaborate with National Office to meet budgets and objectives monthly/annually.
• Represent Bethany at external organizations and conduct on-site visits.
• Drive data-driven decisions and scalable operations across regions.
• Participate in national leadership meetings and travel as needed.
