Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. seeks an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales and deliver expert design consultations on-site at Home Depot stores across a defined territory. The role emphasizes relationship building with store leaders and leveraging customer traffic to generate leads and sales.

Weekend work is required, with a competitive benefits package and commission-based earnings. A strong emphasis on training, autonomy, and the ability to work independently is expected in this field-based

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients.
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a territory.
• Manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates.
• Leverage Home Depot traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Plan and coordinate lead-generating events and promotions.
• Maintain and train others on product knowledge and displays.
