Fourth Floor, a renowned American retailer, seeks a Retail Regional Director for the Northeast region spanning New Jersey, Long Island, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Lead Area & District Managers to deliver growth and exceptional customer experiences across the region.

You will partner with corporate teams to execute strategic initiatives, develop talent, and drive store growth while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-level retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with retail technology tools and data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating with corporate teams and cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Area & District Managers to drive growth and customer experience.
• Analyze sales and operations data to identify opportunities and close performance gaps.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives with managers to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with RVP and HR, Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Marketing, Store Ops, Real Estate, and Loss Prevention to drive division-wide initiatives.
• Oversee talent development, coaching, and succession planning with HRBPs.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution of new store growth in the region.
• Lead recruitment and staffing to build brand ambassadors.
• Ensure training programs are executed and career growth opportunities.
