Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) is seeking a Regional Director to lead and develop onsite teams across Central Texas. The role focuses on profitability, occupancy strategies, rent optimization, and superior customer service while mentoring peers.

The ideal candidate will guide asset performance, manage budgets, and work with leadership to align regional initiatives with AMP’s growth plans. Austin-based leadership is preferred with local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring experience across multiple onsite teams.
• Strong customer service focus with results in occupancy and collections.
• Solid financial and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and empower teams to perform at their highest level.
• Maintain budgets, occupancy, cash flow and financial benchmarks.
• Enhance customer service programs and stakeholder value.
• Provide input on asset management and capital planning.
• Coach, train and develop on-site personnel and teams.
• Present monthly and annual financial and business reports to owners.
