Qualifications

• 2 years of successful insurance sales experience or comparable sales/education.
• MO Licensed Agent for Life and Health Insurance.
• Excellent knowledge of group health insurance and employee benefits.
• Experience with IRS Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and retirement savings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell Group Employee Benefit Programs.
• Consult with existing clients to maintain optimal Employee Benefit Plans.
• Coordinate customer service with existing FTJ group clients.
• Deliver new group quotes for business clients.
• Maintain prospecting database and activity reports.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
