The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership experience across multiple properties and mentoring onsite teams. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role within Flow's portfolio.

About the Role

Flow is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance performance, and critical systems across a portfolio of multifamily communities.

This role serves as the operational leader for facilities teams within an assigned region, partnering closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and onsite maintenance teams to ensure our communities operate safely, efficiently, and to Flow standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership experience across multiple properties. They are equally comfortable walking a mechanical room, reviewing a maintenance budget, analyzing operational metrics, and mentoring onsite teams.
