Job summary

EEM (formerly Eastern European Mission) seeks a Regional Director in Texas to lead donor development, cultivate gifts, and expand supporters for global ministry. You will build relationships, present at churches, and guide fundraising initiatives in alignment with our mission.

As part of the Development team, you will manage donor activity, track progress in Virtuous, and coordinate with the President to achieve growth in giving and impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Proficiency with donor management systems.
• Experience researching opportunities online and via social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for cultivating, soliciting, stewarding and mobilizing donors.
• Travel to local and regional events for fund development.
• Present at churches and mission committees to promote services.
• Maintain donor relationships and timely correspondence.
• Track donor activity in fundraising software (Virtuous).
• Develop plans to increase participation in planned gifts.
