Job summary

East-West Ministries International is seeking an Events Director to lead the vision and oversight of development-related events, partner with vendors, and manage the Event Team. The role focuses on donor cultivation, field events, and alignment with the organization’s faith-based mission.

The position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with volunteers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, including venues, vendors, catering, and guest speakers.
• Prepare agendas and materials for event meetings.
• Manage RSVP and check-in processes.
• Track event financials to ensure stewardship.
• Oversee event timelines and budgets; supervise volunteers.
• Collaborate with EVP of Development.
• Administrative duties including expense reports and donor correspondence.
• Manage Event Applications (Blackthorn & SendGrid).
