Care Net in the United States seeks a Regional Director of Ministry Partnerships (East) to lead major donor engagement across the Eastern U.S. The role offers remote/hybrid work with travel up to 30%, reporting to the VP of Ministry Partnerships.

You will qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors $10k+ while collaborating with the VP, President/CEO, and staff; you’ll develop moves plans and strategic asks aligned with Care Net’s mission.

Formación

• 3+ years of major gifts fundraising experience with success closing gifts of $10,000+
• Ability to initiate, analyze, monitor, and alter strategic advancement plans
• Strong donor research and planning abilities
• Comfort with travel up to 30% and remote/hybrid work environment

Responsabilidades

• Qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of eastern donors (5,000+ annual gifts)
• Research current and prospective donors to determine capacity and inclination
• Create moves management plans for each donor and execute
• Present and pursue planned giving opportunities with VP of Ministry Partnerships in collaboration with staff
• Collaborate with team to implement the annual Communications Plan for donors
