Job summary

e3 Partners / I Am Second seeks a Senior Vice President of Development to lead all fundraising initiatives from its Plano, TX campus. This on-site senior role will oversee major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and philanthropic partnerships, building and mentoring a high-performing development team while aligning activities with the organization’s faith-based mission.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated donor development expertise with a track record in major gifts and philanthropy.
• Strong annual giving and planned giving program design and execution.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and resource allocation experience.
• Experience leading development teams and collaborating across departments.
