Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations and survey readiness.
• Lead standardization of menus and monitor budget performance to drive value and quality.
• Partner with facility admins and dietary managers to improve resident satisfaction and clinical nutrition outcomes.
• Lead staff training and performance coaching to elevate regional food service delivery.
