Job summary

Center Management Group is seeking a Regional Director of Dietary to oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. You will ensure compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations, survey readiness, and high-quality food service delivery.

The role partners with facility administrators and dietary managers to standardize menus, monitor budgets, lead staff training, and drive continuous improvement in resident satisfaction and clinical nutrition

Qualifications

• Oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities ensuring compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations.
• Monitor budget performance and lead staff training to improve resident satisfaction and clinical nutrition outcomes.
• Must have strong working knowledge of Dietech and Meal Tracker and ensure orders align with approved menus and PPD targets.

Regional Director of Dietary

Oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations, survey readiness, and quality food service delivery. Partner with facility administrators and dietary managers to standardize menus, monitor budget performance, lead staff training, and drive continuous improvement in resident satisfaction and clinical nutrition outcomes. Must ensure all facility food orders align with approved menus and PPD (per patient day) targets, and must have a strong working knowledge of Dietech and Meal Tracker. Ideal candidate is a FSD with multi-site healthcare food service leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to manage teams across a region.
