Job summary

Jersey Rehab is seeking a Regional Director of Dietary to oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. You will ensure compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations, drive meal quality, standardize menus, monitor budgets, and lead staff training across sites.

Ideal candidate is a seasoned FSD with multi-site healthcare food service leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to manage teams regionally; excellent communication

Regional Director of Dietary

Oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations, survey readiness, and quality food service delivery. Partner with facility administrators and dietary managers to standardize menus, monitor budget performance, lead staff training, and drive continuous improvement in resident satisfaction and clinical nutrition outcomes. Must ensure all facility food orders align with approved menus and PPD (per patient day) targets, and must have a strong working knowledge of Dietech and Meal Tracker. Ideal candidate is a FSD with multi-site healthcare food service leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to manage teams across a region.
