The role focuses on connecting providers, clients, and families with eating disorder resources and educating communities about long-term residential care. The successful candidate will build strategic partnerships, prioritize markets with greatest need, and drive admissions growth in alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required or preferred.
• 3–5 years in strategy or business development in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work with executives and department heads.

Responsibilities

• Develop a regional growth plan and analyze market data.
• Prioritize markets and build provider partnerships to drive admissions goals.
• Execute sales and retention strategies and close new business.
• Coordinate with treatment and leadership to coordinate services.
