Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking an Area Director of Clinical Operations (ADCO) to lead day-to-day clinical operations across an assigned area/state, ensuring patient-centered care, efficient resource use, and strong customer service. You will report to the Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations (RVPCO).

The role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years of progressive home health supervision/management experience, and willingness to travel to multiple sites.Responsibilities include

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; current licensure required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive Home Health supervision/management experience.
• Experience within the last 5 years in home health agency settings recommended.
• Excellent knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, coding, and OASIS or related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical oversight of DON, clinical supervisors and field staff in assigned area.
• Coach, orient, and develop the clinical team to achieve staffing and quality goals.
• Monitor staffing, budgets, and resource needs to meet clinical goals.
• Approve area productivity bonuses with RVPCO; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead QAPI initiatives, audits, and risk assessments across locations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and patient safety activities with DON.
• Communicate updates and outcomes to leadership and staff regularly.
• Travel as required to manage multiple sites within the area.
