Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the regional CTS strategy, aligning with global objectives and driving growth.
Mentor Area Managers, STAMs, and Acquisition Managers to build a high-performance team.
Standardize client support processes and API optimization across the region.
Utilize Tableau and Grafana to monitor regional metrics and present business reviews.
Collaborate with global leadership, Product Management, IT, and Sales to align on client needs.
Drive regional business development and support client acquisition strategies.
