Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional CTS strategy, aligning with global objectives and driving growth.
• Mentor Area Managers, STAMs, and Acquisition Managers to build a high-performance team.
• Standardize client support processes and API optimization across the region.
• Utilize Tableau and Grafana to monitor regional metrics and present business reviews.
• Collaborate with global leadership, Product Management, IT, and Sales to align on client needs.
• Drive regional business development and support client acquisition strategies.
