HDR is seeking a BES Regional Business Group Director to lead the Building Engineering Services for the North Central region, covering roughly five states in the US. The role focuses on growing the region’s engineering services, coordinating with market sector and leadership to drive strategies and success.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in the field, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proven leadership of diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Strong business skills and HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain an effective regional business group program, including business development strategies and staffing.
• Lead initiatives for the Region with leadership collaboration.
• Drive BES P&L performance and support regional strategies.
• Mentor regional managers and participate in annual planning.
