Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a BES Regional Business Group Director to lead the Building Engineering Services region across approximately five states in the North Central area, including Omaha, NE.

This role drives regional strategy, programs and staffing to deliver on growth and quality milestones. The position requires 12+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture, and a proven track record of leading diverse teams within HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in related field.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other regional business group directors, regional and local office managers, technical and marketing directors.
• Active participant of HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain an effective regional business group program with goals and objectives.
• Lead regional initiatives with Market Sector and Business Group leadership.
• Drive BES P&L performance and support other region initiatives.
• Mentor Area Business Group Managers and key personnel.
• Review marketing forecasts and staff alignment with backlog.
