Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective regional business group program.
• Lead business group initiatives with Market Sector leadership.
• Drive BES P&L performance and support regional initiatives.
• Mentor Area Business Group Managers and key personnel.
• Oversee staffing, backlog, and annual planning processes.
• Engage in risk management and quality reviews.
