HDR is seeking a BES Regional Business Group Director to lead the Building Engineering Services region across multiple states. You will develop regional programs, drive growth, manage P&L, and mentor leaders while coordinating with market sector leadership to deliver client-focused engineering solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering with 12+ years of leadership experience and a commitment to HDR values, with frequent regional travel and collaboration across

12+ years of related experience.
Experience leading diverse teams.
