Job summary

HDR's Building Engineering Services (BES) is seeking a Regional Business Group Director to lead the North Central region, overseeing approximately five states. You will drive regional strategy, develop initiatives with market sector leadership, and ensure programs align with HDR values and quality standards.

Ideal candidates possess at least 12 years of related experience, a professional degree in architecture/engineering, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering field.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with regional directors and managers.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain an effective regional business group program.
• Lead business group initiatives for the Region with leadership.
• Collaborate with other directors and managers to drive BES strategies.
• Drive BES P&L performance and regional initiatives.
• Mentor Area Business Group Managers and key personnel.
• Review marketing forecasts and staff alignment with backlog.
• Participate in annual planning and budgeting processes.
