Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy seeks a BCBA in the Denver area for a hybrid role delivering high-quality ABA across home, school, and community settings. You will lead individualized programs and mentor therapists and BCBA trainees using Kyo’s data-driven care platform.

Expect a collaborative clinical team, flexible scheduling, ongoing CEU support, and pathways into leadership. Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or related field and an active BCBA credential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability to support clients 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday; schedule varies by client needs.
• Must be able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in therapy activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
• Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
