Job summary

Kyo is expanding in Denver and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a hybrid model. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities, with an annual pay range of $90,000 - $100,000 and a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Qualifications

Kyo is expanding in the Denver area and is seeking a BCBA committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position.

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.

Job Requirements

• Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs.
• Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.
