Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks an experienced leader to manage behavioral health services for its autism organization within a designated region. The role ensures clinical operations, quality and service standards are maintained in line with guidelines, contractual obligations, and regulations, while overseeing staffing, training, and supervision to meet goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and 5+ years of autism/service experience

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Current CPR certification.
5+ years of professional experience with children with autism.
3+ years of managerial experience directing multi-level clinical teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor ARCDs, Clinical Supervisors, and program staff; regional oversight by RCD.
Ensure clinical quality, service delivery, and compliance with regulations and funding requirements.
Oversee documentation, evaluations, and reporting; coordinate with scheduling for caseloads.
Lead staff meetings; assess training needs and develop instructional materials.
Participate in recruitment and budgeting; ensure policy adherence and region-wide initiatives.
