Banner Aircraft International, Inc. seeks a Director for Business Development to lead the regional commercial presence across Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

The role focuses on building and directing a multi-country BD team, expanding key accounts, and turning market access into profitable, repeat business. This remote leadership position reports to the Global Head of BD, requires strong English, and travel within the region.

Competenze

• Experience building markets, commercial organizations, or strategic customer portfolios.
• Direct sales experience in aviation services and aircraft parts, or adjacent B2B sectors.
• Proven ability to manage people across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong commercial judgment and entrepreneurial, self-sufficient working style.

Mansioni

• Build and lead the regional team to develop the Business.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop BD Managers with credible customer relationships across priority markets.
• Define territory coverage and build a regional plan by country, customer segment, and opportunity.
• Coach and monitor the team, ensure reporting, address performance gaps, and staffing needs within budget.
• Drive opportunities from relationship-building through RFQs, tenders, and first orders.
• Support strategic accounts with quoting, closing, and fulfillment with Operations team.
