This role requires a BCBA certification, licensure in NY and RI, 3–5 years of leadership experience, and a Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Active LBA license in NY per RI Licensure Board
• 3–5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management experience
• Master’s Degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative operations within your region, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Drive regional excellence by meeting client satisfaction, retention, and financial goals
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop regional business strategies and foster growth
• Lead and support a team of supervisors, promoting a positive, collaborative culture
• Utilize data to guide clinical quality initiatives and optimize outcomes
