Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking a Regional Director for Residential HVAC & Plumbing Services covering the Southwest and Northwest regions. This is a growth-focused leadership role with P&L ownership and a hands-on approach to scaling by organic growth.

You will lead 5+ General Managers, drive ~10% annual revenue growth, and hire within an established framework, while traveling 50–60% of the time to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Western US.

Qualifications

• Sales leader with operations experience and solid P&L knowledge.
• Multi-site leadership, ideally $50M+ P&L.
• Track record of organic growth in a mature business, not growth via acquisitions.
• Background in residential services (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, roofing, windows or siding) or a similar in-home business.
• Private equity experience is a strong plus.
• Proactive and able to work within established processes.

Regional Director – Residential HVAC & Plumbing Services (Southwest & Northwest Regions)

We're partnering with a national residential HVAC and plumbing services company to appoint two Regional Directors in its Western regions.

This is a mature business that is looking for its RDOs to scale their regions through organic growth, not acquisition.

What you'll do

• Own the full regional P&L, with 5+ General Managers reporting to you
• Drive organic revenue growth, with a target of around 10% year on year
• Assess and strengthen the GM team, and make your own hiring decisions
• Work within an established sales model and operating framework, supported by central sales, marketing, HR and training teams
• Spend 50–60% of your time travelling within your region

What they're looking for

• A sales leader with operations experience: roughly 70% of your career in sales leadership and 30% in operations, plus solid P&L knowledge
• Multi-site leadership, ideally of a $50M+ P&L or region
• A track record of organic growth in a mature business, not growth through acquisitions
• A background in residential services, such as HVAC, plumbing, pest control, roofing, windows or siding, or a similar in-home business
• Private equity experience is a strong plus
• Someone proactive who acts quickly and works well within established processes

Compensation

• Base salary of $195,000–$225,000
• Performance bonus of up to 100% of base, capped at $500K total cash
• Deferred cash incentive plan
