Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in property operations, community association management, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of properties.
• Lead, coach, and support General Managers across multiple communities.
• Partner with Executive Leadership to establish and achieve regional goals.
• Build relationships with Boards of Directors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Evaluate underperforming properties and implement strategic solutions.
• Ensure staffing, hiring, and team development across sites.
• Support new business development and onboarding of new accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Travel regularly to properties and attend Board meetings as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WRMC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of residential communities and lead a team of General Managers.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. The Regional Director partners closely with Executive Leadership and Boards of Directors to ensure each community operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and delivers an exceptional resident experience.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
