Job summary

KU Medical Center seeks a Program Manager to lead the Thrive Kansas Regional Hub in Fredonia, coordinating deployment, training, and stakeholder engagement across regional sites. You’ll work with CHWs, providers, and health systems to ensure adoption of digital mental health tools and alignment with statewide goals.

This role emphasizes program operations, CQI, and cross-functional collaboration, with a potential hybrid in-office/remote schedule and residence requirements in KS/MO.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in program management, project management, or related roles (substitutions per policy).
• Experience coordinating multi-site projects or community initiatives.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional deployment readiness and timelines for participating sites.
• Lead regional implementation activities and training coordination across healthcare orgs and community settings.
• Monitor progress, address barriers, and ensure alignment with project plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate workforce onboarding, staffing, and role clarity across the hub.
• Support program evaluation, data collection, and CQI activities at regional level.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and effective communication across sites and leadership.
• Ensure alignment between regional activities and statewide program goals.
