Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Regional Hub Program Manager to lead deployment and adoption of digital mental health solutions across rural hubs, including Fredonia, KS. You will coordinate regional activities with healthcare partners, CHWs, and project leadership to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training coordination, workforce management, and ongoing evaluation to expand access to digital mental health services

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience in program management, project management, healthcare operations, implementation support, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-site projects or community-based initiatives.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing project-related communications.
• Experience coordinating workforce development, training programs, or implementation activities.
• Experience with quality improvement, evaluation, or reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional deployment readiness activities and timelines for participating sites.
• Ensure onboarding, platform setup, and readiness requirements for successful implementation.
• Serve as regional contact during deployment and collaborate with technical teams and partners.
• Track regional milestones and address deployment-related issues with leadership and support teams.
• Lead regional implementation activities and coordinate rollout across sites and partners.
• Support training logistics for providers, CHWs, supervisors, navigators, and staff, including attendance tracking.
• Monitor progress and adherence to workflows, addressing region-specific barriers.
• Facilitate communication between sites and project leadership to support adoption of digital mental health interventions.
• Coordinate with statewide program operations to ensure consistency and alignment.
