Job summary

CASA Consulting, LLC. is seeking a Regional Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition oversight across Indiana LTC communities. You will mentor dietary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to enhance resident health and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in the American Dietetic Association, State Dietetic Association and District Dietetic Association.
• 2+ years as a professional dietitian in long-term care, or 1+ year as RD consultant for LTC facilities.
• Must hold a valid resident state driver’s license and be able to travel to CASA locations in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee therapeutic and regular menus to ensure compliance with physician orders and standards.
• Review menus, recipes, and nutritional analyses to meet therapeutic diets and resident needs.
• Provide clinical oversight for nutrition assessments, admissions, care planning, and resident food preferences.
• Provide regional leadership to Dietary Managers and departments, promoting compliant practices and quality care.
• Participate in QAPI, Infection Prevention, Weight Management, and interdisciplinary meetings to improve outcomes.
• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training for dietary staff to support compliance and best practices.
