Eurest USA is seeking a Regional Dietitian Wellbeing Director—Allergen Management to lead allergen labeling strategy and program execution. You will partner with culinary, QA, operations, procurement, and tech teams to standardize guest-facing labeling and ensure compliance.

Travel about 25% to other sites is required. Must reside within commutable distance to Costa Mesa or Long Beach, CA, with a strong background in dietetics and allergen management.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with applicable state licensure.
• Experience in allergen labeling for packaged foods or restaurants.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating across culinary, QA, ops, procurement, and IT.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of allergen labeling across the portfolio.
• Serve as SME for allergen management and standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, QA, operations, procurement, and technology teams.
• Establish training, SOPs, audits, and change-management processes.
• Travel ~25% to locations outside California.
