Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC seeks a Regional Dietitian to support nutritional programs and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple facilities within the region. The role requires travel to various sites to provide oversight, training, and support.

The ideal candidate holds an RDN credential, a degree in Dietetics or Nutrition, and PA licensure, with 5+ years in clinical nutrition and leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• RDN credential required.
• Current PA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support nutrition and dietary services across assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and Department of Health requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of food service operations and clinical nutrition practices.
• Collaborate with facility administrators, food service managers, and clinical teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Train and mentor facility-level dietitians and dietary staff.
• Assist in developing and updating policies, menus, and nutrition education materials.
• Evaluate patient nutrition needs and provide consultation as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives.
