Qualifications

• Minimum multi-site dietary operations experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification required.

• Ability to travel regionally as needed.
• Experience coordinating dietary services across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facilities and provide leadership in operations, finances, HR, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state dietary requirements with on-site dietitians.
• Develop and manage unit budgets, production records, inventory, and labor productivity.
• Review financial results weekly and monthly; adjust to improve performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage new business transitions and bids.
• Conduct audits of facilities for quality, sanitation, and HR compliance.
• Coach and train Food Service Directors; ensure performance and training needs.
