OnTray is seeking a Regional Dietary Consultant to join the management team and guide district food service operations. The role focuses on planning, directing, evaluating, and controlling regional food service units to reach operational and financial goals.

The incumbent will mentor Culinary Services Managers, oversee inventory, and ensure policy compliance, quality, and effective customer rapport across facilities.

Competenze

• Experience in long term care food service management.
• Experience in budget management.
• Possess all required licensure to serve as a food service director and food handler.
• Registered Dietitian is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage regional accounts to ensure compliance with government and agency standards.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and reporting for the region.
• Create efficiencies within facility kitchens.
• Train and supervise Food Service Directors in ordering and tray card processes.
• Assist with hiring processes for DSMs as needed.
• Ensure OnTray policies are met in each facility.
• Oversee inventory and equipment needs.
• Communicate facility happenings and oversee food quality and presentation.

Formazione

Licensed Food Service Director licensure

Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred
