Job summary

Archway Management seeks a Regional Director of Operations (CDM - Certified Dietary Manager) to support regional food service in healthcare facilities. You will mentor teams, oversee facilities, and ensure strong client relationships while focusing on quality, safety, and cost control.

You will live in Illinois and bring prior healthcare dietary experience to guide facilities through budgets, menus, and performance improvements. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• CDM certification is required.
• Experience coordinating multi-site dietary operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience managing budgets, menus and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facilities ensuring operational excellence and cost controls.
• Supervise Food Service Directors with focus on policy adherence and client relations.
• Develop budgets, monitor financial results, and drive productivity to meet targets.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
