Job summary

Dialysis Care Center is seeking a Regional Manager in Chambersburg, PA to lead nursing services across multiple facilities. You will supervise dialysis programs, oversee staff, and drive quality and growth in patient care.

You will coordinate with physicians and Clinical Nurse Managers to increase patient census, ensure regulatory compliance and achieve quality goals. Travel up to 30% may be required to support facilities within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dialysis nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, RN or BSN.
• Current appropriate state licensure as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Dialysis programs and staff.
• Oversee staff, quality clinical matrix, physician relationships, facility growth.
• Work with physicians and Clinical Nurse Managers to increase patient census.
• Promotes operational efficiency and helps achieve DCC quality goals.
