Job summary

Dialysis Care Center in McConnellsburg, PA is seeking a dedicated In-Center Hemodialysis Registered Nurse to coordinate daily clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance for exceptional patient outcomes.

You will mentor PCTs, manage staff schedules, participate in quality initiatives, and maintain patient safety. ADN required; BSN preferred; RN license in good standing; MS Office skills; willingness to travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Maintains state licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors the Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and directs the day-to-day patient care.
• Reviews new staff’s documentation for accuracy.
• Utilizes DCC Labor Logic to optimize staffing, labor productivity, scheduling efficiency, overtime management, and patient treatment scheduling while maintaining safe staffing standards.
• Works with Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) on developing optimal employee staffing and patient schedules, and Coordinates workflow during assigned shift.
• Creates, maintains, and communicates efficient and timely employee schedules according to the needs of the facility.
• Monitors DCC Quality Metrics: Kt/V, Anemia. Catheter Rate, Access Infections, Missed treatments, etc.
