Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Regional DLCM Lead to drive device lifecycle management across the Palm Beach, FL / Charlotte NC region with remote options. You will lead regional planning, procurement, deployment readiness, and asset management, ensuring Day-1 device delivery, timely recoveries, and compliant processes across multiple countries.

The role requires strong IT service delivery, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills, with a focus on regional performance and global standards

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery and asset management.
• Strong planning and regional logistics/supply chain coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast regional device demand and align with global planning.
• Coordinate regional procurement and maintain buffer stocks.
• Oversee Day-1 readiness and device enrollment in MDM (Intune/Jamf).
• Manage device returns, ITAD, and disposal processes in region.
• Monitor regional KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Liaise with regional clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to global standards in each country.
