• 15+ years of lifecycle management in a manufacturing plant.
• Windows Server and Windows 10/11 proficiency.
• VMware ESXi, vCenter and Nutanix experience.
• Storage and backup technologies expertise.
• SCCM / Patch management experience.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Linux administration.
• Asset lifecycle management expertise.
• Manufacturing plant support experience.
• Vendor coordination experience.
• Major incident reduction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure lifecycle planning across plant locations, identifying EOL/EOS assets and scheduling refreshes.
• Lead infrastructure refresh and migration activities with minimal plant disruption.
• Maintain CMDB, inventory, warranties, onboarding, relocation and decommissioning of assets.
• Provide plant infrastructure support across Windows, Linux, VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Drive patching, security, disaster recovery readiness, and documentation.
• Engage stakeholders across business leaders, IT teams, vendors, procurement, and logistics.
• Establish procurement, deployment, refresh, redeployment, and disposal standards.
• Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor performance reviews.
• Develop executive dashboards and drive process improvements for lifecycle maturity.
