Job summary

Abbott seeks a Principal Regional Leadless Specialist to drive adoption of leadless CRM technology in the southeastern Florida region. You will provide technical, clinical and education support to clinicians, ensuring successful device utilization and therapy access across hospitals and labs.

The role requires in-depth CRM device knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 50–75% while collaborating with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2) 7+ years clinical medical device experience, ideally CRM products.
• 3) Ability to analyze and evaluate complex devices.
• 4) Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• 5) IBHRE certification.
• 6) Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians, nurses and other providers on indications for leadless pacing.
• 2) Provide procedural support per use/trial protocol and best practices.
• 3) Assist in education and training for Abbott personnel.
• 4) Stay updated on clinical data for leadless CRM products.
• 5) Coordinate programs to expand therapy access.
• 6) Provide market intelligence for training and expansion plans.
• 7) Liaise with marketing for product feedback.
• 8) Complete administrative reporting.
• 9) Plan and organize work and monitor performance.
• 10) Ensure cost effectiveness and policy compliance.
